WALK AND TALK THERAPY – What is it?
Though some appreciate the idea of a Therapeutic session room, it is not for everyone. Weather permitting, I am able to offer the opportunity to walk in ‘The Great Outdoors’ or as I would call it ‘A Safe Outdoor Space’ in the Grounds of Discovery Park.

Walk and Talk Therapy provides a place where the things that are affecting your Well-being can be thought through and better understood. It is widely accepted that being outdoors offers a gentler and progressive exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviours than perhaps the traditional Counselling room might offer.
You will be more in touch with a more natural environment and this can allow for a deeper level of reflection and contemplation in understanding your world.
In doing so, you can then work through and consider the changes you can make for positive change in your life.
